Survey sizes: Given the tier you are on (Pro, Base or Free) you can upload surveys with a maximum number of questions and respondents (columns and rows respectively).
Please reach out to us if you are in need of larger sizes and we will tailor a subscription plan to your needs.
Free tier: Our Free tier comes with all the features of the paid tiers and a generous 20 page quota that you can use to test-drive our industry leading TextEngine. Note however,
that you are limited to five analyses (dashboards) altogether on this tier.
Monthly quota: Once you leave the Free tier, your subscription will give you a monthly quota that you can use to analyze free-text with. As explained in our FAQ
the quota is measured in words but often referred to in A4 pages (which our customers find easier to calculate with). If you don't use up your quota it will be rolled forward and
your next monthly top-up will simply be added to it, so you never lose out on what you paid for.
